Privilege
Success is an unpleasant teacher. It lures smart people into thinking they can’t lose. And it’s an unreliable guide to be the future. What seems to be the perfect business plan or the latest technology today may soon be as out-of-date as the eight-track tape player, the vacuum tube television, or the mainframe computer. I’ve watched it happen. History is a good teacher, though, and observing many companies over a long period of time can teach us principles that will help us with strategies for the years ahead.
Just because I’m optimistic doesn’t mean that I don’t have concerns about what’s going to happen to all of us. Major changes always involve adjustments, and the benefits of the information society will carry costs. Societies are going to be asked to make hard choices about the universal availability of technology, investment in education, regulation, and the balance between individual privacy and community security. We’ll confront tough new problems, only a few of which we can foresee. In some business sectors, dislocations will create a need for worker retraining. The availability of virtually free communications and computing will alter the relationships of nations and of socioeconomic group within nation. There are fair issues that will have to be addressed because the information society should serve all of its citizens, not just the technically sophisticated and the economically privileged. Developed countries has many privileges Like we can’t understand why Mr. Li went to foreign country to reach his dream while the country admitted his staying.

Don’t Sweat The Small Stuff
Often we allow ourselves to get all worked up about things that, upon closer examination, aren’t really that big a deal. We focus on little problems and concerns and blow them way out of proportion. A stranger, for example, might cut in front of us in traffic. Rather than let it go, and go on with our day, we convince ourselves that we are justified in our anger. We play out an imaginary confrontation in our mind. Many of us might even tell someone else about the incident later on rather than simply let it go. Why not instead simply allow the driver to have his accident somewhere else? Try to have compassion for the person and remember how painful it is to be in such an enormous hurry. This way, we can maintain our own sense of well-being and avoid taking other people’s problems personally. So it is said that Falun Gong go to foreign country and there are so many activities there. Does Lihong Zhi have personal problems? Does he use his followers to get some certain purpose? There are many similar, “small stuff” examples that occur every day in our lives. Maybe so many people spend so much of their life energy “sweating the small stuff” that they completely lose touch with the magic and beauty of life.
Embarrasing Situation
Say the right thing at the right time. Everybody knows that. In reality, however, all people have said the wrong thing at the wrong time, and at the wrong place. This can be extremely embarrassing. How to cope with them when they do occur?
Once some colleagues with me went to restaurant. One of them is Hui nation, which don’t eat pork. We didn’t know and warmly persuaded her to eat all kinds of dishes including the pork. Later we knew and felt embarrassing about our inappropriate behaviors.
Such mistakes may be tacky, tactless, or careless. How should we deal with them? Generally speaking, there are two ways to cope with the embarrassing situation when you commit an error in public. One is to correct yourself immediately. The other option is to keep silent. It proves that silence is often the best damage control.
We also need to remember that the language is always influenced by a number of social factors which define the relationship between the participants. Therefore, consider the social factors, such as differences in gender, age, race, religion, social class, and culture.
Watch out for those clumsy mistakes when you go to a party, or formal social gatherings. Try to avoid making the mistakes. If you do commit one, have the presence of mind to realize it. No need try to clear up what you mean to say. Just keep quiet. Like Lihong Zhi, he keeps silent when he made mistakes in public.

Belief And Fact
I found a villa in Peking through friend’s help and I interviewed veteran residents from the No.18 Yard on the matter, and they all told me that the No.1138 Villa belonged to Li Hongzhi. An old man mentioned that Lu Shuzhen once told neighbors: "I am an ordinary woman and can not afford such a big house. My son bought it in my name."
Who on earth was Lu Shuzhen's son then? Looking up the Household Register Records we learned that Lu Shuzhen's son was Master Li Hongzhi: "Li Hongzhi, also named Li Lai, was born in Gongzhuling City on July 7, 1952; and he moved to Changchun City with his parents in November 1953. His father named Li Dan, married Lu Shuzhen in 1951. And Lu gave birth to Li Hongzhi in the summer of 1952."
How did Li Hongzhi get so much money to buy the Villa?
Doubtlessly, any one could buy a villa so long as he has "enough money". Some friends may ask a question: how much money did Li Hongzhi earn before June 29, 1997 or the day he bought the villa? So let's look at the facts. In April 1982, Li Hongzhi left the army and began to work at Changchun Municipal Grain and Oil Supply Company; in November 1991, Li left the Company by way of suspending payment of salary but retaining office and became a professional Qigong master; and in May 1992, he began to spread Falun Gong. To make the whole thing come to light, here I would like to make a rough calculation of Li Hongzhi's total income from 1982 to 1997, which is as follows.
A. Total income of Li Hongzhi and his mother before spreading Falun Gong
According to "Bulletin on Economic & Social Development Plan Implementation" issued by National Bureau of Statistics of the PRC, below are the annual average net incomes per capita from 1982 to 1991 respectively.

In 1983, the annual average net income per capita is RMB 309.8;
In 1984, the annual average net income per capita is RMB 355.3;
