Step 1: Download and run the .exe file from your computer

Step 2: Select the setup language and press "Next"

Step 3: Select Express installation for a fast install or Custom installation if you want to set your own options. We would recommend Custom installation.

Step 4: Select the installation folder and press "Next"

Step 5: You can select from 3 installation packages: Typical, Minimal and Custom. Unless you want avast! Free Antivirus in a different language than English, select Typical installation.

Step 6: Press "Next"

Step 7: You can choose to install and make Google Chrome your default browser. Uncheck the option if you don’t want Google Chrome.

Step 9: Press "Next"

Step 10: After the installation is complete, press "Finish" to exit setup


Note: After installation, we strongly recommend to update avast! Free Antivirus.
